Why we built it

We built Live Better AI to take that planning off your plate. A quick setup learns your tastes, household size, schedule, and any dietary needs — then you swipe to build your week. Setup to a full week runs about three minutes. From there it keeps adapting the plan based on the meals you loved and the ones you skipped.
The part we care about most: it's honest. The recipes are real, sourced dishes with real photos and real ingredient lists — not plausible-sounding meals invented by a model. Calorie and macro targets come from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, a well-established nutrition formula, not a number pulled from thin air. If we can't stand behind it, we don't put it in your plan.
