  • 1 head cabbage

  • 14 ounces spicy kimchi (with juice)
  • 4 cups chicken bone broth

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, warm the olive oil until melted.
  2. Add the onion.
  3. Cook until translucent, 4 to 6 minutes.
  4. Add the ground pork.
  5. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. Add the garlic and ginger.
  7. Cook for another minute.
  8. Add the cabbage.
  9. Stir in the soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil and kimchi and kimchi juice.
  10. Add the bone broth.
  11. Bring to a boil.
  12. Reduce the heat to a simmer.
  13. Cook, covered, until the cabbage is completely soft, 15 to 20 minutes.
