  1. Presoak the chicken breasts in pickle juice.
  2. Place chicken breasts into a sealable bag and pound the chicken breasts to about 1/2 inch thickness. Then cut the chicken breasts in half to make 4 sandwiches.
  3. Add milk and eggs to a bowl and place the chicken breasts into the milk mixture and allow to sit for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix the breadcrumbs, flour, and remaining seasonings on a dish.
  5. Remove the chicken breasts and coat them completely in the flour mixture.
  6. Heat the oil on medium high heat.
  7. Place the chicken breasts into the heated oil and fry them for 5-7 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown on the outside.
  8. Serve on brioche buns with lettuce and pickle slices.
