  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer approximately 10-15 minutes. All ingredients should be well incorporated. Take off the heat and allow to cool.
  2. Transfer to lidded container and refrigerate until completely cool. When marinade has chilled, pour about 1 cup into a smaller container and set aside.
  3. Place all shrimp into original bowl of marinade and allow to rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour. When ready to grill, thread 3-4 shrimp on bamboo skewers.
  4. Place on a hot grill for 1-2 minutes per side.
  5. Drizzle cooked shrimp skewers with reserved marinade and serve.
