- •1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- •½ tsp cornstarch
- •2 garlic cloves
- •1 green onions
- •2 tablespoons honey
- •4 pork chops
- •¼ cup soy sauce

- Press one side of each chop into the black pepper.
- Heat nonstick grill skillet until hot.
- Add pork chops, pepper side down, and cook about 4 minutes or until browned. Reduce heat to medium, turn pork chops and cook 6-8 minutes longer.
- When done, take the skillet from the heat, cover the pork chops and set aside. Meanwhile, mix honey, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and cornstarch until smooth.
- Add the cracked pepper, stir. Melt the butter in a small pan, add garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring. Stir honey mixture into pan, let it boil, cook for 1 minute, stirring. Spoon sauce over pork chops, sprinkle with fresh chives or green onions.
- Serve with polenta and green salad.
