Method

- Place the 2 eggs in a single layer in a small saucepan.
- Add enough cold water to cover the eggs by 1 inch.
- Bring the water with the eggs to a full boil over high heat.
- Remove the pan of eggs from the heat as soon as the water boils.
- Cover the pan of eggs with a tight-fitting lid.
- Let the eggs stand in the covered pan for 15 minutes.
