- Cook the pasta shells in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente, about 10 minutes.
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and leave to cool for a minute.
- Place small skillet on medium fire, drizzle olive oil, add in red pepper and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.

- Toss pasta shells, red pepper, tuna, parsley, garlic, chillies and lemon juice.
