  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Place a regular muffin tin (or a popover tin, if you have one) in the oven for 10 minutes. In a medium bowl, mix the eggs and milk
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, Parmesan and thyme
  4. Add the liquid egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined/smooth. After 10 minutes, remove the muffin pan from the oven and place 1 teaspoon of melted butter into 7 muffin tins
  5. Quickly pour in the batter into the tins about of the way
  6. Cook for 10 minutes. Do NOT open oven. Reduce heat to 350°F
  7. Cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the popovers are golden brown.
  8. Serve immediately!
