  1. Combine all the ingredients except for the tomatoes and mix well, adjust the mayonnaise so that the mixture have a smooth and not too runny paste. Cover and chill while preparing the tomatoes.
  2. Cut off the two ends of each tomato a bit with a sharp knife. Scoop out the pulp and seeds. Invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Gradually spoon tuna mixture into the inside of the cherry tomatoes, doing with a little at a time and top them generously.
  3. Serve as an appertizer or a kind of salad.
