- Add the butter and the two sugars to your mixer and run until creamed. Now add in your eggs and both extracts.
- Mix it up well.
- Add in the salt and flour and mix further. Finally, add in the baking soda and mix one more time. Throw in your nuts, berries, and chocolate and mix by hand. Drop your dough in tbsp size balls onto your baking sheet. You can grease your sheet with cooking fat or use parchment paper.
- Bake in your oven (preheated to 350 degrees F) for 8 to 10 minutes.
